We generally strive to ship complete orders. However, due to different warehouse locations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Don’t worry; your items will arrive!

5. About Tax and Duties

All shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you will be liable for the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price due to customs regulations.

6. Where is my order?

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation when your items are fulfilled. To track your order, provide your email and order number. You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.

7. Tips for Shipping:

  1. Provide Correct Info: Ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout.
  2. Unsuccessful Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incomplete mobile number, we cannot compensate.
  3. No PO Boxes/BFPO: Expedited shipping doesn’t support PO Boxes or BFPO. Ensure your address is complete.
  4. Tracking Info: Tracking will be available once the package arrives at your country's facility. Allow 5-7 more days for delivery after arriving in your country.

  • Worry-Free Purchase: Report issues (theft or damage) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost Orders: For domestic orders, report between 30-60 days after the order date via the Seel Resolution Center using your email and order number or coverage ID.
  • For all other cases, email us at service@forlovergift.com. Issues must be reported within 60 days of the order.
