Q: Can you send a design proof before shipping?
A: I'm sorry but due to laser engraving technique, I'm unable to send proof but I'll make sure it's perfect before shipping.

Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: For standard shipping option, it take 1-2 days for engraving then 3-5 business days to deliver. You can upgrade shipping to receive the order quicker.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
A: Yes, it's. No worries about that.

1 - Production (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.

2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'Expedited VIP' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

Delivery
