• Due to the rustic nature of our camp mugs, there may see small imperfections such as dents, bubbles + other rustic features.

• Ceramic Mugs (11 oz and 15 oz mugs) in any color are Dishwasher and Microwave Safe.
• Camp Mugs (10oz) are made of metal and are NOT microwave or dishwasher safe. Please hand wash only.
• Glass Mugs (10oz) are not microwave safe. Please hand wash only.

• Since we make each mug individually for every customer, we need time to make your order. Please see the item details for our current processing times.

• Mugs ship standard with USPS First Class Mail. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout for faster shipping. Note that upgraded shipping applies to the time that the order takes in shipping but does not affect processing time.

1 - Production (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.

2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'Expedited VIP' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

Delivery
