Things to Note:
-Decals are about 5 inches tall or wide (whichever comes first). Message me for a specific size request.
-I personally convert and tweak each individual pet to make it look as close to your pet as possible.
- Message me 3 clear, unobstructed, front facing photos of your pet so I can choose the best image to convert.
-Clear, front facing photos of your pet sitting with good lighting convert the best
-Choose black or white vinyl (black if sticking on a light background, white if sticking on a dark background, like car window)
-Turnaround time is 3-5 business days plus shipping time
-I will send a proof after I draw your pet. Once proof is sent, you'll have 24 hours to approve. If no response after 24 hours, I'll assume preview is good to go.

To Apply:
1. Clean the application area
2. Use a credit card to press firmly on the decal to ensure it sticks to the transfer paper.
3. Slowly peel the paper backing away from the decal, making sure the vinyl sticks to the transfer paper.
4. Apply decal to the cleaned area using your credit card to press firmly on the sticker.
5. Slowly peel the transfer paper away, using your credit card to push back down any vinyl that comes up with the transfer paper.

How It Works

1 - Production (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.

2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'Expedited VIP' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

Delivery

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

After we begin to deliver your order, we will send you a Shipping Notification email, including the information of your Order ID and Tracking Shipping Number. You can check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and email.
